Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons, with or without notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will retain your data as required by law and our data retention policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
